Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)

This policy applies to consumers with habitual residence in the European Union / European Economic Area. For US customers, see Section 8 of our Terms of Service.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For physical goods: The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods (or of the last item, in the case of an order for multiple goods delivered separately).

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (Digital Downloads): The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

For physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Return address: goods are returned to the fulfillment facility that produced your order — the correct return address is printed on your shipping label. Our fulfillment partner’s European return facilities are (for product returns only — these facilities cannot accept any other type of mail):

Before sending a return, please contact us at support@tirida.world and we will confirm the correct return facility for your order.

You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value results from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion and Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB) — for example, products that you have customized with your own name, text, or images.

(Note: our standard catalog products printed with our own designs are not personalized within this meaning; the right of withdrawal applies to them.)

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have (1) expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and (2) confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal upon the beginning of performance, and (3) we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (§ 356 (5) BGB).
